You can also submit your withdrawal electronically via our withdrawal button. This button is clearly marked and easily accessible on our website throughout the entire withdrawal period under the label “Withdraw contract”.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to an online form where you must enter your name, contract details such as the order number, and your email address for the confirmation of receipt. You then confirm your withdrawal by clicking the “Confirm withdrawal” button. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
